Another awesome snack or quick breakfast hack are these granola bars which are fuss free and freezer friendly. ⠀

Jam packed with old fashioned rolled oats, peanut butter, honey and raisins they are a good source of fibre, protein, healthy fats and carbs. ⠀

Ingredients (makes 12-16 bars) ⠀

🥦 1 egg white ⠀

🥦 1/2 cup honey (150g)⠀

🥦 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (130g)⠀

🥦 1/4 tsp cinnamon ⠀

🥦 3 cups jumbo rolled oats (400g)⠀

🥦 110g unsalted butter⠀

🥦 1/2 cup raisins (75g)⠀

Preparation ⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 Line 9x13 inch pan with baking paper ⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 preheat oven to 175C⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 Whisk egg white until frothy⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 Add each ingredient one by one and whisk to combine each time⠀

👩🏻‍🍳Spread into pan and bake 25mins⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 Let cool for 5mins and cut into bars ⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 For crispier texture, return to oven on 65C for 15mins ⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 Let cool completely before devouring!⠀

These wash down particularly well with a cuppa chaaa ☕️
