ABOUT
ME
My career started off in marketing and after 13 years and in my mid 30’s I decided to pursue my passion for nutrition. Now, I am a nutritionist recognised by the AfN (Association for Nutrition) and a registered member of RSPH (Royal Society for Public Health).
I love food and grew up eating everything, over the past 5 years I have transitioned to a plant-based flexitarian diet. That means, I mainly eat plant foods and occasionally have fish and I also incorporate small amounts of dairy in my day to day. I support all my client's dietary lifestyles whether they are vegan, omnivores and everything in between.
I am fascinated with the biological roles and benefits of food and how our bodies are incredible machines. I would love to be able to inspire others and make the world of nutrition more accessible for all. That is why I created the course Master Meaningful Nutrition, to breakdown the complexities of nutrition in a simple way and give you the tools and step-by-step methods to create a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
I know from personal experience how a toxic relationship with food can impact life in a negative way and how diet culture has fuelled so many misconceptions that exacerbate confusion and helplessness. This drove my pursuit of nutrition knowledge and now I am driven to help others find balance and true health - by learning how to eat well everyday, in an easy, simple and enjoyable way.
