5 INGREDIENT ENERGY BALLS

Latest obsession are these super simple energy balls which take less than 10 mins to make! I love having them as a snack and they go well with a cuppa coffee ☕️ ⠀

They are high carb (hello energy) and predominantly from sugars so you can get a good boost! Each ball provides 18g carbs, 2g protein, 4g fat (3g unsaturated) and 1g fibre. ⠀

If you’re craving for a new snack idea, make these! ⠀

INGREDIENTS (makes 12 balls)⠀

⭐️ 200g dry, pitted dates⠀

⭐️ 60g oats ⠀

⭐️ 40g dark chocolate ⠀

⭐️ 45g nut butter (without salt)⠀

⭐️ 15g chia seeds⠀

👩🏻‍🍳 PREPARATION 👩🏻‍🍳 ⠀

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until everything is in crumbs ⠀

2. Pour out into a sheet and roll into balls in the palm of your hand. Although crumbly it will stick together! ⠀

3. Can be eaten straight away but best when cold. (Refrigerate for 30-60 mins)⠀

You can also try making these into bars! Or make them into bigger or smaller balls based on what you like.⠀

Enjoy 😉 ⠀
